As a family practitioner of 22 years, I am amazed to rediscover every day the healing power of relationship, compassion, and the wisdom of nature. I am a devoted student and practitioner of natural and cross-cultural medicine, interactive guided imagery, meditation, journeywork, flower essences, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. |

My interest and commitment to discovering a more satisfying way of providing care has led me to co-create One Sky Wellness Associates, an integrative medical center and healing community within the larger Seattle Healing Arts Center. I provide full spectrum care for families and also serve as a consultant to other practitioners. I especially love to work with children and young families.
In my practice and as a facilitator at Harmony Hills, a retreat center for people living with cancer, I value being present with those who are exploring the meaning of their conditions and lives. Working collaboratively with nature, spirits, patients and practitioners, I believe that inquiry, story, ritual, and relationship are essential to the healing process. My work is dedicated to reawakening the strength, wisdom and blessing of the mind-heart-body connection in relation to self, others, and all of life.
As an adjunct faculty member at UW, I mentor students and residents and have lectured on natural medicine, women's medicine, and the themes of collaboration and integration of different disciplines within medicine.
I am a passionate gardener, a serenely satisfied knitter, and a happily married mother of two ever-growing children. Poetry, music, movement, and gratitude nourish my soul.
