MY PHILOSOPHY | BACKGROUND

I am a Naturopathic Physician and Licensed Acupuncturist. I've been practicing since 2001, and in 2004 I became the first Naturopathic Physician to be credentialled at Virginia Mason Hospital, where I work Mondays in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department.

Using a combination of manual therapies including cranial, visceral and spinal manipulation as well as Acupuncture and nutrition, my practice is focused on stimulating and supporting the body's inherent healing mechanisms.

I see patients of all ages for acute and chronic conditions as well as preventative medicine and primary care. I specialize in primary care, pain management, chronic illness, sports and orthopedic medicine, gastroenterology and autoimmune diseases.
