As a board certified Family Practitioner, I specialize in women's health, pediatrics, preventive and integrative medicine, lifestyle modification, and exploration of the mind-body connection.

I strive to be an educator, sharing knowledge and skills that empower my patients to be whole and healthy members of the community. As a student of medicine and life, I enjoy yoga, running, vegetarian cooking, hiking, camping, and loving my sweet dog Ruby.
