MY PHILOSOPHY | BACKGROUND

Hello! I am the newest addition to the Seattle Healing Arts Community! I am thrilled to be here and to offer full-spectrum family practice care, which means care of your new born babies to your 90+-year old grandparents! My philosophy is based on the premise that healing happens in a whole way: in the context of relationship and in the context of where you are in your life’s journey. In other words, understanding who you are and caring for you are as important as my sound training in family medicine and integrative medicine modalities.

I believe “being sick” is different than having a condition. I am here to help you obtain your wellness goals in a whole way, open to addressing the mind and spirit as well as the physical body in your process of facing health conditions, these changing times, and changing health needs or concerns.

I come to you following Family Medicine training in central and southwestern Pennsylvania. I have a love of the nature in Appalachia; and now, I have followed family and friends to nurture my love of the Pacific Northwest. I have also studied in Japan, South America, and central Europe regarding their cultures and healing practices. I have fluency in Spanish and German, and to a lesser extent, Japanese, though my personal background is from Eastern and Southern Europe. I look forward to getting to know you!
